PLACE’s involvement in this project was primarily limited to the interiors, and some exterior material choices. The building was already under construction when we came in.

A three - unit live/ work building, it was sold out almost immediately upon completion and houses a community financial institution, a structural engineer, and a daycare. Warm, natural tones and textures create a quiet background for the activity that hums day and night in these units.
